We drove to the town of Tilly and visited La Ferme des Ruelles, a sustainable apple orchard farm with a small B&B. The owner discussed the challenges of organic farming, and his presentation was followed by a tasting of apple cider, Calvados (an apple brandy exclusive to Normancy), and other treats.
